Service on Boards of several trade organizations. Sorenson began his career as an Assistant and Associate Professor of Genetics at N.C. State University.

Farm background and over 25 years of product management and applied research experience with diverse agricultural products. Domestic and international work experience in small companies to Fortune 500 (Monsanto). An entomologist with strong agronomic skills, California Pest Control Adviser and Certified Crop Adviser licenses, and a current contributor to national greenhouse magazines.
Andy Renz – Vice President of Business Development
Over 15 years of industry experience in agricultural innovation and business development. Andy held management positions at BASF, was Vice President of Business Development at Benson Hill Biosystems, and is on the industry advisory board of ag tech start-up’s, incubators and conferences. He has a strong network in agricultural solutions and is an expert in international negotiations.
